Our
services include everything necessary for most evictions.
Your fee includes all services necessary to return the property to your possession, everything from the initial notice to the removal of the tenant by the sheriff.
Many law firms do not include the following in their standard fees. Our fee includes all of the following:
- Service of Process fee
- Contested evictions
- The fee charged by the Sheriff to remove the tenant from your property
- Applying to the court for a money judgement
This fee applies to almost every eviction in the Antelope Valley.
